Post-bureaucratic?

Sir,

David Cameron writes as if we are already living in "the post-bureaucratic age". We don't. This is the hyper-bureaucratic age, as Sarah Standing's riff on NHS consultation forms overleaf demonstrates. If Mr Cameron wants a post-bureaucratic age he'll have to sack a million bureaucrats (at least - no hyperbole meant) when he gains office.
